Pete
Having been brought up with dogs all of my life, it's only later that I have developed a passion for training dogs. I have been associated with a club that helps people train their dogs to a degree that the dog will obey commands from their owners. I have personally trained my best friend, Milo, to gun dog standards where we are able to go on shoots to pick up game. We also regulary attend the Chatsworth Country Fair where I help on the gun dog tests

I remember when I was small and our family dog, Lady, who was so clever she could walk over a mile on her own to deliver messages from my Father on his allotment to my Mother, requesting sandwichs. Lady would then walk Father's lunch back to him. That has always been the kind of dog I would have loved as an adult. And now thanks to Pete, Milo is on his way. Although these tricks are a little advanced, he is so clever, obediant and a joy to have around
Milo
Trained from a puppy, Milo is the pride of Weeping Ash Cottage and Yellow Dogs namesake. With regular training at a gun dog club every Sunday with Pete and annually at the Chatsworth Fair. Milo is a huge lover of other dogs. Together, Milo and Pete have passed their Kennel Club Working Gun Dog Certificate. When Milo isn't working hard, he loves to have a snooze in front of the fire, with all four paws pointing skyward.
Our pride Milo has reached the grand age of 11, and in his retirement he is needing more calm and quite going forward.
Weeping Ash Cottage
Our little cottage is located 5 miles from the the heart of Sheffield. We have lived here for over 16 years, born and bred locally. We have just over an acre of land, which includes our garden, paddock and orchard. All with a Southerly aspect
With a large kitchen, the heart of our family home, we even have the odd chuck wondering free-range here and there...
